Paul lights up a room. He’s a true professional and builds an energy like no one I have ever worked with.

Many of us have experienced times when we’re speaking to a group in a business setting, and there are one or two people who are negative about the business or their co-workers. That’s hard to work with.

Paul has an incredible ability to address concerns and turn them around on the spot. In all of my years in the business, I’ve never met anyone who can do it like he can. He’s a motivator—and not the type of motivation that lasts a couple of days. His motivation is long term.

In Every Organization, There is a Critical Disconnect.

Leaders are overwhelmed, exhausted, and stressed—lying in bed at night thinking about the development of their people while their family needs them in the next room.

Teams are carrying the weight of constant change, the pressure to perform, and the fear of what might happen next.

Yet, despite this strain, organizations expect exceptional cultures—even as their people struggle to keep up.

The disconnect is real:

How can you help contribute to a thriving culture if you’re struggling yourself?

Hey

I’m Paul.

Paul Long

From answering 80 customer service calls a day from frustrated people to leading teams of thousands to feeling the weight of responsibility pull me away from what matters most—
I understand this struggle.

But it wasn’t grand gestures that turned things around for me—it was the small, deliberate choices. The way I’d answer calls to put a smile on peoples’ faces. The brain pattern interrupts I’d use to get team members thinking about one good thing that had happened to them in the past two weeks. The voicemails I’d leave that asked for people’s first celebrity crushes, or the movie quotes I’d deliberately work into conversations—small moments of connection that shifted peoples’ energy instantly.

These weren’t just techniques for having FUN—they were lifelines. Despite having everything society had convinced me would make me happy, I still felt overwhelmed and empty inside. It was Fundamism that gave me hope when I felt lost.

I’ve witnessed these principles transform everything from corporate call centers to bedside vigils with Noah, an incredible young boy whose courage during his battle with cancer taught me more about finding light in darkness than I could ever have learned otherwise.

I discovered that being deliberately present doesn’t ONLY create measurable business outcomes—although those are critical—it reminds us what truly matters in life.

TODAY, I help organizations transform their cultures by teaching leaders how to implement these same principles at scale

As a workplace culture expert who’s worked with companies from Fortune 500s to fast-growing startups, I use the principles of FUNDAMISM to break down complex cultural challenges into 3 simple, actionable practices that shift how people show up daily:

  1. Own what you CAN control. Shift your energy from problems to possibilities.
  1. Break the cycle. Use brain pattern interrupts to redirect attention and reframe challenges.
  1. Create moments that matter. Build meaningful interactions by channeling what’s GOOD.

These life-changing principles help us take risks that transform our experience at work AND the culture around us.

The

Result

Leaders feel less stress, teams experience more joy, and organizations build cultures so unbeatable that everyone wants to be part of them.
